I do not directly take insurance (I am an out of network provider). I strongly encourage you to check with your insurance company to see if you are able to receive reimbursements. It is not uncommon for this to help lower the out of pocket cost for you. I am able to provide 'superbills' you can submit to insurance for this purpose.

Therapy costs may also be covered through health spending accounts, such as Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).  Please contact your benefits coordinator to find out how these options can assist you.
